Practice Management

Our practice manager is responsible for the smooth and efficient running of the surgery, and administration of the practice. If you have any enquiries or comments (good or bad) about the surgery, then please pass these to the practice manager who will be pleased to see you.

It is difficult for reception staff to deal effectively with complaints in the reception area, so if you feel dissatisfied with the quality of service you receive, please ask to speak to the practice manager.

When telephoning for medical attention the receptionists will ask for a few details. This information is then used to ensure that your appointment is made with the right clinician. The details you give only need to be brief and are then passed on to the clinician at the time the appointment is booked. Please be assured that the rules of confidentiality apply equally to all staff. Our team of receptionists will help you at all times in the surgery to ensure you obtain the best treatment with the most appropriate clinician available.
